After-sales assistance
F.A.T.I. offers a complete after-sales service, which includes technical assistance and the management and maintenance of the systems in operation. A dedicated department responds to requests for assistance and warranty claims. maintenance and assistance of existing plants.
Start-up assistance
Installation, commissioning, training (if required) at the Customer or in other locations, in Italy and abroad.
Supply of spare parts
F.A.T.I. ensures its customers the supply of adequate spare parts in the shortest possible time.
Scheduled assistance
F.A.T.I. provides scheduled maintenance interventions governed by a specific contract. The service provided periodically, at pre-established dates in agreement with the customer, provides for a series of checks and maintenance defined both on the basis of the type of systems and the actual constant needs in order to be able to develop cutting-edge technological solutions, always in step with market needs and provide professional assistance for any request.
